Who we are

SBH Advantage Ltd (“we”, “us”) runs sbhadvantage.com and is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@sbhadvantage.com.

What we collect

When you request access, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company or store name, website (if you give one), your monthly order range and anything you tell us about what you sell.

This website doesn’t use cookies or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and talk to you about our fulfilment service. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who else sees it

We don’t sell your data or share it for marketing. We use trusted providers to run the website and deliver email: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (sending the form to our inbox) and Microsoft (our email). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need to deal with your enquiry, and no more than 24 months after we last hear from you unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Email us and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
